My habit for many years has been, wake up, meditate and read, swim, shower and dress for the day. Last summer I examined my habit of reading and meditating, rising, exercising, and being ready for the day and decided… NO. I was wasting my most creative and fruitful times of the day by continuing my habits of years (which I had learned from my father).
